Overview12-weeks is the minimum amount of time to commit to a fitness program. It's not too late to reach those elusive New Years Resolution Fitness goals!
What you get:
- Initial fitness assessments plus weekly weight-ins
- 24 private 50 minute fitness sessions
What you wont get is a cookie cutter "one size fits all" program. You will receive a customized program based on your goals and fitness assessment. We are all individuals with our own unique needs!
Sessions will be held at the FTTC Studio near 7th St and Greenway Parkway in North Phoenix.
