Fit To The Core Blog

Welcome to Fit to the Core’s “Everything you ever wanted to know about fitness” blog. Everyday people are bombarded with conflicting health and fitness messages by the media. It can be overwhelming. I hope to clear up some of those conflicting messages by sharing what I have learned over the years and what I am still learning. The fitness industry is a young industry that is constantly changing and evolving. Let me clear up some of the confusion.

FTTC's Fit & Sexy Fat Loss Challenge Coming Soon

Soon it will be a new year.  Many of you are already reflecting on your accomplishments, disappointments and difficulties of 2011.  You may be thinking about your New Year's Resolutions.  Since many of us tend to put on a few pounds during the holiday season, you may be thinking of starting that diet in January.  FTTC says don't do it!  Just say no to another diet!

Sexy WomanWe all know that diets don't work in the long term.  Instead, think about making lifestyle changes that will create long-term solutions to your health and fitness goals.  If that sounds overwhelming to you and you just don't know where to start, FTTC can help.  We specialize in lifestyle/wellness coaching to gently guide you in the right direction.

FTTC's New Year's Resolution is to offer more and better programming for 2012.  First on the list is our Fit & Sexy Fat Loss Challenge.  This 12-week challenge is the most complete body transformation program for women that you will find in Phoenix.  It is not just another diet or exercise program.  We have taken all the dimensions of wellness and created a way for you to get fit, lean and flexible and allows you to eat real, whole foods.  We combine strength & endurance fitness training, metabolic/cardio training, and yoga.  In addition, you will have a support network that will offer nutrition education, stress reduction, wellness topics specific to women, and behavior modification.

FTTC is very excited about this new program that will be starting in late January.  Details of this and other programs will be coming soon.
